The Event Services Office reserves facilities for registered Student Organizations, University Departments and unaffiliated university customers that are planning programs and activities in the Student Union. Requests may be made Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. in room 106K.
Student Union Floor Plans
The Event Services Office is capable of providing high quality, media-rich audio and video support for meetings, conferences, and special events. Our professionally-maintained inventory of equipment is supported by professional staff and student audio visual technicians.
The following is a list of services that are available in the Student Union:
- Event audio support through in-house and portable sound systems
- Event video support through in-house and portable projection systems and/or monitors
- Laptop rental
- Video-teleconferencing equipment is a permanent part of the Student Union Findell Room 324. (Any group wishing to utilize this equipment for a video-teleconference should make arrangements ahead of time to allow for testing.)
- Fully equipped Theatre and Ballroom
- On-site technical audio/visual support services
- And much, much more!
If your event requires more extensive technology, with enough lead time, the Event Services office is able to work with you to try and accommodate your specific needs. We are happy to provide personalized attention to all of our clients, though all services are dependent on the availability of staff and equipment inventory. Please contact our office as early as possible to discuss specifics about your event and audio visual needs.

||Deadline to submit new priority access applications for review. Deadline to submit repeat priority access requests.
||Requests for meeting and event space for Summer 2015 are accepted.
||Decisions mailed to all new event sponsors. Approved events (new and repetitive) entered into the EMS reservation system.
||Requests for meeting and event space (non-priority) by recognized student organizations only are accepted.
